So it's not snowing out today, but it is bitterly cold. I've been listening to the wind howl all day so when the dog asked to go out I knew I better bundle up because his lead was sure to be frozen. It was. But I was warm, but I had my hoodie zipped up with the hood on, and my winter boots, and my poofy black jacket, and my red mittens. So I am not frozen even though I was outside long enough to clean the snow drift off the deck and clean out the path. Then un-thaw the dogs lead again so I could let him back in the house.

Now I'm thinking shower, because greasy purple emo bangs aren't a good look for anyone.

Okay I really need to stop with the taking pictures of moon light and shadow. Its cold out. My hands are numb, and as I'm to lazy to try and find the tripod the pictures all look very similar because there are only so many things you can take a picture of with the camera balance on the posts next to the deck stairs.

And really really windy so I kept freaking out that the camera would blow off and break. And that would be bad.

This was a happy accident. Also know as I forgot to turn off the flash and it was a 16 second exposure so I moved the camera around.

Don't quite have the white balance set right on this one. But I remembered to turn on the noise reductions so it looks better then others. Sadly at this point the batteries died. Or possibly froze, it's a little chilly outside right now.

Man I have to chip 1/4 inch of ice off my car in the morning before I can take it to the garage. Something I just remembered and my lovely family didn't bother to tell me until after 9 this evening. So it was far to dark and cold to be doing anything about it.

I'm not looking forward to the morning. I have to get up at 8, chip ice of my car, leave here no later then 9 to take the car to the garage, and from there mom needs to take me to work, I start at 11, so I need to be there by quarter of.

No fun, no fun at all, I'm sickish and have been sleeping till 10 regardless of when I go to bed. I should probably go now. Meh.

C: I need to find out where my package is.

Me: Okay, when did you order it?"

C: (tells me)

Me: (looks at shipping information) It says it was delivered today.

C: Oh. (sound of a door opening) It's on the front porch, thanks.

Me: Thank you for calling (trying not to laugh)

Oh and I got another person with a famous name today. Well actually it might have been the real famous person, I'm just not sure where they live. Today's was Richard Petty, big name in racing if you don't know. I've also spoken to a woman named Susan Collins, and a man named James Brown.

It's like 6F out right now. Thats the coldest weather I've been out in this year. Brr. And its supposed to be even colder later. Glad I'm not going anywhere tomorrow. Well probably not, I may go into work for awhile if I'm really bored.

In an amazing move on my part I only watch 30 min of TV today. How odd. Okay there was nothing on. I watched Freddie and then retreated to my room to play Age of Empires. I'm getting good at crushing other cultures. Although I think the computer learns from me, the last round the computer player used my strategy.

In other news my cat is really really odd. She was just sitting next to the sink looking at the drain and purring louder and louder the longer she did it. I don't get her at all. I think she just gave up pondering its mysteries, I heard the thump of her jumping off and now she seems to be wandering around downstairs meowing loudly.

She is part of the reason I sleep with my door close.

It's up to 64 (18) in my room. Once I close the door it wont stay that way for long though. It'll probably be in the 50's when I get up in the morning. Poor cold fishes. I might put another blanket on the tank. I don't think I'll need it on my bed. Soon I think I'll be finding my much warmer comforter that I had at college. The one I've got on my bed right now is old and the filling is pretty dead.

Okay there are drunk people playing hide'n'seek in my dorm right now. The lights in the halls have been turned off. Can't see where you're going if you venture out. Stupid stupid people.

And to top it off the heat in my room doesn't seem to be working. I thought at first it was just the draft from the poorly instead window. I closed the window shades, I closed the make shift curtains. I hung a bathrobe over the windows. No luck, asked if the heat could be turned up then left my door open. No real effect. Had to close window as I'm going to bed soon. And as I sit here typing I can feel the cold creeping across the room from the windows. And last time I check there was no heat coming from the base board. So its like 60 degrees in here, I'm going to frieze to death all night then have to haul my sorry ass out of bed tomorrow morning so I can leave and then go sit in my car for three hours and the heater will probably not want to work so I'll get to frieze the whole way home.

Okay I'm done bitching now, I swear.
