It should have not taken me a freaking hour to figure out how to apply for loan consolidation. Well the nice person I talked to an hour ago was helpful, it just all went down hill from there. The web site was still annoying and convoluted even after I got a user name and password. And now I have 10 pages of crap to print out and I need to reprint the first one because my printer printed part of it on one sheet of paper and part of it on a different sheet of paper. *shoots things*
