psghayleauxSo glad my acting class is tonight. Definetly need it to recover from intro to fiction. Although I did get a good character out of that class today. She a bitch and I love her for it.
I can’t believe Joe just asked me that. We’ve only known each other a couple of weeks, he’s here on business. I have no idea what makes him think I’d leave all I’ve got here and go to Maine with him.
“Joe are you out of your mind? We hardly know each other, besides I have a good life here, I don’t want to leave it”
Maybe I wouldn’t have to say no and he’ll figure it out on his own.
“Please Vivian don’t say that, please say you’ll come with me, I love you, I want you with me. I know we haven’t known each other long, but this seems so right to me.”
Guess he’s not going to catch the clue bus. Great now he looks like he’s going to start crying, I hate it when guys cry around me.
“For gods sake Joe calm down, I haven’t said no yet,” because I like watching you squirm, “I just told you that I have a lot here I don’t want to leave.”
I was hoping you’d figure the no out on your own.
“Then you’ll come with me?”
The eagerness was oozing out of him, ick; I need a shower now,
No, I didn’t say that either let me think for a minute would you?”
I know I shouldn’t string him a long any more, it’s just too much fun.
He just looked at me like a hopeful puppy, there’s no way I’d leave my life here for a guy who I can compare to a puppy. Besides, why would I want to leave my job for the likes of him any way, I love my job.
Time to break the news to him, not that I really needed to think about it, “Sorry Joe, I’m staying here.”
The look on his face almost made me feel bad.
