House Hunting Part who knows

Going to look at a place Thursday afternoon. It's a little closer to work, I was trying to move farther from work, but that's okay.

It's newer than most of the places I've looked at, but the price just dropped a lot because the seller really wants to move it. One bath 2 or 3 bedrooms. Two stories but the second floor is just one giant room that could be a bedroom, but due to the huge number of windows, I'm thinking it would make a great art studio.

It's on less than an acre of land which is fine with me the outside makes me itchy. So if I go for it my first order of business is going to be figuring out ways to get rid of as much grass as possible.
