House Hunting Part who knows

psghayleauxGoing to look at a place Thursday afternoon. It's a little closer to work, I was trying to move farther from work, but that's okay.
It's newer than most of the places I've looked at, but the price just dropped a lot because the seller really wants to move it. One bath 2 or 3 bedrooms. Two stories but the second floor is just one giant room that could be a bedroom, but due to the huge number of windows, I'm thinking it would make a great art studio.
It's on less than an acre of land which is fine with me the outside makes me itchy. So if I go for it my first order of business is going to be figuring out ways to get rid of as much grass as possible.
Also Thusday, New Balance Tent sale, time for some sweet new discounted sneakers.
