Home from work. Survived the morning. Found a home for the degus. Which makes me happy and sad at the same time. I was telling a woman about them while she was in my line and it turns out she saw some degus at a pet store once and really wanted a couple. So she gave me her number and next month or the month after I'm going to give her a call and figure out when she'll be able to get over here to pick them up.

I will miss them when they're gone. But I can't keep them.
