So some idiot decided downtown Farmington needed another bar. And then chose the worst possible place ever to put it. When it's completed it's going to be three buildings down from the Grainery, which is across the street from the Dugout and all this also means it's also just down the street from Front Street Tavern. I mean really, Farmington isn't that big and I always though 3 bars in that close of proximity was nuts, and now there is a fourth and it wont even have parking when it's done.
