I just realized I missed Squeaker's birthday this year. Bad degu mommy, no cookie. She turned 3 on September 23. I have blocked her birth from my brain because it was a lot grosser than gerbil birth.

This means that Hepheastion is 4, well just over 4. So they are moving into the last half of their lives. This sort of makes me a little sad. And also makes me think I really need to play with them more than I do. I feel bad about it. If their claws weren't so sharp it probably wouldn't be a big deal. But the have sharp claws and like to try and claw though you, or climb your bare skin.

Meh I should get dressed and clean the litter box. *gag* Then finish the job application and print out my resume. So I can at least pretend to be productive today when all I really want is it to be tonight so I can be watching Soundbender preform and just in general hanging out with them.

I dropped off my application at Radio Shack today. And have an interview set up for Wednesday. Woot? Hopefully all will go well.

Well I've finally gotten the house to the point where I no longer feel like I'll freeze.However I'm leaving in about half and hour. And who knows when I'll be back. Sometime in the wee hours of the morning. Or maybe not until tomorrow. If I can find a couch to sleep on. annikasevn, who I talked to today finally, seems to think I should try and get the band to sneak me in to the show tomorrow. Or tell them I'm the merch girl or something. I on the other hand am not forward enough to ever suggest that. The whole sleeping on a couch thing probably wont ever be mentioned.

I really wish the chinchilla's hadn't been so rowdy last night. Despite being in bed by 2 I didn't get to sleep until after 3 because they kept rattling the cage and jumping around and being really really noisy. I did sleep until almost 11 which almost made up for it.
