Am back from my trip. The race was great. The seats were great. The ex's cats liked me. Managed to make it back here in a little under 4 and 1/2 hours. Woot. On the way to the race we saw cars from every state in New England, plus New York, New Jersey and Florida. And cars from 5 Canadian providences.

Now to e-mail the ex and let him know I'm alive. From now on I think I'll refure to him as navy boy.

Now everyone wants me.

VIP called today to see if I could come in for an interview. Woot, if nothing else I could work there until Nov. when the LL Bean job starts, or some how try to work both at once. Don't think that would work real well though, but with any luck I could at lest earn some money. *happy dance*

(no subject)

Navy boy needs to stop being nice and cute and stuff. It's bad for me. He e-mailed me and said the weekend was fun, even the waiting in traffic. Which is quite a insignificant statement when you consider that he only lives and hour from the track, and it took us close to three hours each way on Sunday. Being able to talk to some one for 6 hours, well more then 6 hours since that was just travel time, in one day and not get bored or irritated with them is a bit of an accomplishment.

Also it sucks that where he lives is one of those can't get there from here things. If there was a straight shot it would be like 2 hours away, then it'd be a little easier to hang out, cause 4 hours is a hike.There is no way to get there that could be considered in any way shape or form direct. Okay enough of this.

Degus are well, Hephaestion looks like a furry balloon with legs and a head, she's got to be due any day now. I am tired, haven't slept much. Had cats playing chase around me while I tried to sleep. Stupid cats.
