Man today really couldn't get much worse. My bother just stoped by and told me that Mom had my cat put down last weekend and didn't bother to tell me so I could go say good-bye. Robin was 22 1/2 years old. I'd had her since I was 9 or so, and I'm 25 now, so over half my life. I kind of feel like crying. Mom didn't even tell my brother she was doing it either, he got home from his gf's asked where the cat was and Mom was all, 'oh I had her put down.'
This sucks. A lot. I use my icon of her in memory.
RIP Robin you were a great cat.

Date: 2008-12-13 04:35 pm (UTC)it'd probably be worse if I wasn't looking at my new kitten who is right now eating peanut butter, but there will never be another cat like Robin and that makes me sad because she was a really amazing cat.
