So yes recently back from seeing Dark Knight. Um...wow, I really liked that, a lot. I think what really helped was the great crowed in the theater. There were moments when just lapsed into silence. Most notably the moment the movie started and the scene were the truck was fliped over. Plus everyone pretty much jumped as one when the imposter Batman hit the window.
There was nothing I didn't enjoy about the movie. I really liked the end with Bruce/Batman being all let the city have it's white knight, blame me for every thing Harvey did. And Gordon's explanation to his son was also good.
Not that the first one wasn't a dark movie, but I think by him doing that, taking the blame it's made them a little darker. Because he never killed anyone. And he still hasn't but as far as the world is concerned he has.
I may or may not have whimpered pitifully the the Lamborghini died.
We all thought that Two Face would be the next villain. But he's dead. And bring back the Joker isn't really gong to be easy to do.
I did like how the Scarecrow made an appearance. The whole Batman's great, I'm just helping out thing through me for a loop though.
So yeah I really enjoyed the movie. And will possibly go see it again sometime. When I've got 2 and a half hours to kill. I think it was good that it was a longer movie.
