psghayleauxI got to see S. today for the first time in a long time. Which is really hard to believe because we only live about 1/2 mile from each other. We talked about lotr, and how much we can't wait for the next movie. Then we talked about the actors, and I showed her some of the pics of them I have, which lead to us talking about if some of them where gay or not. So it was a good time.
Then when she was leaving we started talking about gerbils. We figured out that the one I still have is over 3 1/2. I thought he was 2 1/2 so he's now officailly older then the average gerbil. And the pair she has of mine are going on 3 and still reproducing monthly. Then we started talking about the colors of gerbils that pair has produced. Which lead to disscussion of how genetics where involved and what colors had appeared that accourding to everything I've read on the subject shouldn't happen. I'm a geek, she's a geek (although not as much of one). But at least we're well rounded geeks.
