Today is my Monday...
Dec. 19th, 2018 05:58 pmand I could tell.
Went into work and hour and a half earlier than normal on a Wednesday, got there and found out we had coverage and I probably could have come in later. Then an hour into work a coworker left a LT275/70R18 tire, mounted on a rim, standing in the garage unattended. Now for those not in the know that is a heavy ass tire. Probably at a hundred pounds.
Now picture me, the innocent service writer who just wants to give a customer an update on their job. So I'm out near this free standing tire. Which then decides it's done standing up right unattended and proceeds to tip over and land on my ankle. Thanks to a decade plus of customer service experience I did not swear. I did grab my leg and hop a little. Then go back inside and pull down my sock to check on the damage. I'm missing some skin, I've got some bruising, I spent most of the day trying not to limp.
( Photo of the scrape is under the cut )
