Longest date thing ever. 13 hours and counting, well sort of, he's all tucked in the spare bedroom now. But still. It's sort of funny. This is a guy I knew in high school and was sort of friend with, but catching up with him has been great. We went from coffee shop to where he lives to where I live and we've be talking pretty much the whole time. Even if this stays a friends thing it'll be great having someone around that I can just talk with for forever and day with out worry.

I am however very awake because I had a latte, for free not because he bought it for me but because he is friends with one of the guys who works at the coffee shop we were at, and I haven't had that much caffeine in a long time.

I don't think I'm even going to bother catching up on the f-list. I haven't checked it in like 2 days. Because oh that's right I haven't been home an hour yet since I left to get my snow tires put on this morning.

Which was an adventure. VIP wouldn't take the card Mom gave me to use, so I had to go to the bank and take it out of the ATM, but the limit was less than I needed. And the back wouldn't let me make a withdrawal from Mom's account with out a written authorization from her. In the end they set her ATM limit up another $200 for the day so I could use the ATM to get the rest of the money I needed. It was a long and annoying process.

So then I took guy from high school, now to be called T. as it is his first initial, home. Rather than go straight home I ended up staying to hang out. Which turned to staying for another 6 or so hours. He even cooked me supper which was nice. Because food good. Then we watched an episode of ST:TNG because we are at heart both geeks. Basically our first date/seeing old friends meet up ended up lasting a day and a half. And we never ran out of things to stay to each other which was awesome.

Needless to say I've had a good couple of days, but haven't accomplished anything. I still need to call the power company about having the bill sent.
