Well I've got one person interested in the room. A guy. Hopefully with in the age range I set, which admittedly does go to 30.

Never had a male roommate, but other than annikasevn I've never had much luck with female roommates either.

So my uncle brought over a new to me wood stove to replace the crappy one in the house. And he's going to give me some money to use for rent. Mom gave me the money to pay him back for the stove so if I have to move then she can take it up to the house in Madison.

Mom and my step-father are also offering to buy the house I'm in from annikasevn and the boy-thing. Not because they want it persay, but because they are willing to help them out. Then they can fix the house up and sell it when the market improves. So I'm going to hope that happens because they'll let me keep living here, probably for the cost of utilities until they decided to sell it. Thus taking a big weight off my shoulders.
