Inevitably and without fail every time they call work off I get the call while I'm in the bathroom. Which means by the time I get the message I'm already dressed and have breakfast. So I guess I'll eat my cheerios and go back to sleep.

And now it's raining to drown the world. So I'm extra glad I'm not working because me and my grandmother so would have managed to get caught out in it. Plus there was the whole you probably need a kyak to work today in the voice mail from my aunt. So yeah home is good, and extra couple hours of sleep is also good. The smell in the trailer? Not so much. The roommate is going out for a while so I'm going to like freebreeze the shit out of stuff.

Mom just gave me a 2 gig USB memory stick. In return I must give her back the 256 MB one she bought me in college. Which you know doesn't really seem like a bad deal to me. I named it Frank. The old one was Squish after a character in one of my animations.

edit: while emptying files off Squish I found the record I kept when I was breeding gerbils. I was sort of oddly meticulous with them, in that I kept track of each gerbils genotype to as close as I could figure it. Also as to how many offspring each produced and how many lived to maturity. Needless to say the file, which I also kept track of when it was updated, hasn't been touched since '01. Which was about the time I started getting rid of the gerbils so I go leave for college.
