(no subject)

So we got more snow, and it's falling still. Not cool, not cool at all. My back was bothering me enough last night that I had a hard time sleeping. And my roommate as much as I love her, is a wimp when it comes to any sort of physical labor. So she managed to dig a path to the oil tank before announcing she couldn't shovel anymore.

Which left the one with the bad back to shovel. So I shoveled all around my car, and I shoveled a path to my car, and I shoveled the dog path. And now I'm going to be in pain for god knows how many more days.

How much do I not want to go to work?

A lot, a lot a lot even. It's snowing I have a headache bordering on a migrane, I feel nausious, and my back is still killing me destite taking something for it. And it's still snowing. So I should be getting ready for going outside and cleaning my car off again, not sicking here at the computer.

My day after I left for work...

was not exactly good.

1) I was nearly hit by a trailer truck while trying to pull out of the driveway. I lost traction about half way into the road.

2) That time of the month hit early. Meaning I had to run to the store on my lunch break. *headdesk* Now I have pads in the glove box just in case.

3) This evening I had a customer strike up a conversation with me. About my hair. Which is not out of the ordinary. From there the guy went to trying to guess my age. And then guessed several years older than I really am. And at some point told me he was in his 40's. Then he asked me out, after saying he hoped he wasn't out of line. Um...should I be less friendly? Cause yeah, um...no thanks.

4) Nearly hit a truck on the way home. I'm buzzing along at 60 when all of the sudden a truck going the other way turns right in front of me. Good thing my breaks are good.

Also its cold out. And the driveway is a mess but I'm not in the mood to shovel anymore.
