Well thats poopy. Navy boy didn't make it up after all. When I called him he was just outside of Boston. Cause evidently he made it all the way up to Portland before his boss called and told him he had to go get someone and take them to Boston. So no Navy boy for me. But he's got Sat, Sun, Mon, and Tues. off. Of course of those days I don't work on Monday. Although other then the fourth I work evenings so we may hang out during the day and then he'll either drop me off here so I can go to work, or actually drive me to work and pick me up. We'll figure that out later, and there is also talk of us going to NH on Monday so we can play with fireworks legally.
Meh, I misses him. August can not get here soon enough.
In time off news the managers are all idiots. They don't bother to approve time off requests until after the person in charge of making my schedule has already done so. So I have one of the two days off I requested on the week that just went up, which the head CSM said she'd change for me, and then I told her the other three days I'd requested the week after, unfortunately she'd already done that schedule with out knowing that so she'll have to go fix that now. But everyone I talked to said she's good at getting stuff like that fixed so I should be all good for the race and six flags. Not that it really matters, come hell or high water I'm going on the damn trip. I've know about it a lot longer than I've had this job.
