(no subject)

So I get up this morning and go downstairs. I can hear a movie playing. I ask my brother what he's watching. He's watching Apocalypses Now at 8 in the morning, when asked why he tells me it's because he's never managed to stay awake to see the end. Which I supposed is as good a reason as any, but I still think 8am is way to early to be watching a war movie.

In other news work today. With no safety net and no assigned seat, so this should be fun, I don't go in until after noon, so seating will probably be limited.

Also I'm still tired, I've been mostly awake since 7 when I woke myself up because I didn't like where the dream I no longer remember was going. I think I'll go on a caffeine hunt soon.

Had a crazy ass trip to and from work today. From was worse. The rain was so hard I almost pulled over a couple times because I just couldn't see a freakin' thing. Not with the fun especially since many of the roads I travel have ruts in them from trucks so you have to be careful where you drive in the lane so as to not be driving in several inches of water. Oh and I nearly skidded past the end of my driveway, I wasn't going that fast, I just couldn't see where it was. So very much not with the fun with the minor hydro planing whilst trying to slow and turn.

Odd orders of the day where someone buying 9 identical purses totaling over 800$ and a person in Las Vegas buying a winter coat. I'm sure there was others but those are the ones that really stuck with me.
