Can anyone tell me why...

I can only save images off the web as bitmaps. This isn't normal, usually I save things as jpegs. I'm a little confused here. *kicks randomly*

When you buy something at the book store there is a form your supposed to file out with you name, what your buying how much it cost so on. But the person who runs the book store usually fills it out, because she knows who everyone is so it's easier for her to fill it out and figure the total then it is to make students do it, cause she actually knows more about what needs to be written down then the students do.
