psghayleauxSeriously, what is up with the never ending string of headaches lately? I was doing okay this morning until the roommate slammed the door on her way out hard enough to make the trailer shake. Then my head started hurting and I couldn't get back to sleep.
Sleep that's another problem of late. And I'm being really careful not to have caffeine late in the day. Not that it seems to matter it still takes close to an hour for me to fall asleep and then I don't stay asleep very well. I think I managed to sleep 5 hours with no waking up last night, but I'm not positive on that considering how tired I still feel.
