So new president yay? I'm sort of underwhelmed and uninterested in the whole thing what can I say. I got out, I voted. Life goes on much as it has before. This is the first presidential election I've voted in, I could have voted in college, but I didn't and ME and NH both went to the candidate I would have voted for so I never felt bad about it even if people at my college flipped out at me over not voting.

In other news still unemployed. But when I dropped my application off at Hannafords the woman I handed it to seemed really excited that someone was handing one in so maybe that's a sign they really need help at the moment.

Nano is going poorly. Also I decided to look at some of my old Nano's only to discover 40000 words of one is not in the file I have, and another is missing 10000. The one missing the most doesn't worry me much, that whole one was written out by hand then typed up. The other one though, that means I've lost 10000 words of absolute crack that i'll never get back. Because I'm missing the part with all the aliens set like 300 years after the story starts...I was running out of ideas what can I say.

Am tired. Maybe I'll go to bed soon. Although chinchillas are getting noisy so maybe I should wait until they calm down again.

So we finally found out what was going on with the cat people, at least money wise. They evidently wrote down the address wrong so when they were mailing the money up it got returned. Only the first time it happened the guy thinks his roommate stole it. And I guess they really are coming up with weekend because the dudes wife keeps bugging him about it. Keeping my fingers crossed that they really do bring food and litter with them.
